We partner with trusted third-party shipping providers to ensure reliable delivery of your care packages:
• United States Postal Service (USPS)
• FedEx
• UPS
The choice of carrier may depend on your delivery address, and optimized delivery speed.
Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
• During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping (USPS, FedEx, or UPS): 3–7 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Smell-O-Gram offers flat rate shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Free shipping may be available for select orders or promotions.
Anonymous Delivery
All packages are shipped anonymously. No sender name will be listed on the external label unless required by the shipping carrier. In such cases, Smell-O-Gram will be listed as the sender. Our branding and product details are not visible on the outside of the package to ensure discretion.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes if using FedEx or UPS, as they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
