Returns & Refunds Policy

At Smell-O-Gram.com, we strive for customer satisfaction and are dedicated to protecting the privacy of both senders and recipients. Due to the anonymous and sensitive nature of our care packages, any refunds resulting from a return are cared for on a case-to-case basis. 

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our website are final. Refund requests may be made by emailing smellograminfo@gmail.com and requests are reviewed swiftly. It is not guaranteed that you will receive a refund if it is deemed your package was delivered intact or the receiver refused to take possession of the package. This policy helps us protect the discretion and integrity of our anonymous delivery service, as well as the hygiene and safety of all recipients. 

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If any package arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@smell-o-gram.com. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or provide a resolution at our discretion.

Returns Received

If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier (due to an undeliverable address, refusal, or other reason):

 

• In some cases, we may offer the option to reship the package at the sender’s expense.

• Returned packages may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Errors

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the sender.
